The Process

As an Investor, you are provided with an overview of the applicant borrower and their full details of the property and the outcome of an independent valuation.

First Mortgage Transactions

This type of investment is the most secure. First mortgages over residential and commercial real estate have priority over all other forms of security in the event of default.

Second Mortgage Transactions

These types of investments refer to loans that are subordinate to an earlier loan against the same property. Registered second mortgages over residential and commercial real estate at higher yields. In the event of default, any earlier loan is paid in priority, subject to the terms of any priority agreement.

First Mortgage Transactions

registered first mortgage over residential real estate in Melbourne up to 65% (Residential) / 60% (Commercial) of the independent value of the property

Second Mortgage Transactions

registered second mortgage over residential and commercial real estate in Melbourne up to 70% of the independent value of the property
